Due to the obligations imposed on personal data administrators by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46 / EC (General Data Protection Regulation "GDPR"), we would like to inform you that you have the right to be informed that:

  • The administrator of your personal data in the meaning of the GDPR Regulation (hereinafter: Administrator) is: Xcomp spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością spółka komandytowa (Limited Liability Company Limited Partnership Company), at ul.   • In order to comply with the new regulations and to maintain the highest level of personal data protection, we kindly inform that the Administrator processes your personal data in the following scope:
    • First name and last name
    • E-mail addresses
    • Phone numbers
    • Address of residence of private persons (in the case of a service repair order)
  • The data were obtained directly from you, third parties (employers / associates) or come from publicly available sources and are processed as a result of the implementation of sales contracts / processes, commissioning implementation and service work, as well as in connection with the process preceding the signing of contracts.

  • Your personal data is processed on the basis of:
    • art. 6 sec. 1 lit. a GDPR, i.e. consent directly from you or
    • art. 6 sec. 1 lit. b GDPR, i.e. to perform the contract, execute sales processes, commission implementation and service works to which you are a party or to take action before concluding the contract, executing sales processes, commissioning implementation and service works or
    • art. 6 sec. 1 lit. f GDPR, i.e. based on the necessity of processing for purposes resulting from legitimate interests pursued by the Administrator or by a third party. The legitimate interests pursued by the Company include:
      • offering clients the provision of IT services and maintenance, as well as the sale, assembly and implementation of computer hardware and IT systems (as long as consent has been granted to receive commercial information), as well as the creation, development and sale of software. The company processes the acquired personal data in specific time intervals in order to carry out marketing campaigns consisting of informing about system and hardware solutions that are important for the security of our clients' data, as well as organizing meetings and training for our clients. Data processing is necessary for the Company to be able to create and provide its customers with products and solutions that increase the level of data security,
      • data processing for archival purposes,
      • data processing for statistical purposes,
      • data processing for the purposes of defence against claims or pursuing claims related to the service provided.
  • Personal data will be processed for the duration of the contract with the Administrator for the provision of services, and then the archived data will be processed for the period in which claims may be submitted under the contract. In the event that the processing of personal data is based on art. 6 sec. 1 lit. a GDPR, personal data will be processed until this consent is revoked.
  • Personal data may be made available to data recipients, e.g. an entity providing accounting, legal and IT services, subcontractors, courier and postal companies.
  • The administrator does not intend to transfer personal data to a third country or an international organization.
  • The company processes its personal data in certain time intervals in order to carry out marketing campaigns consisting of informing about system and hardware solutions important from the point of view of security of our clients' data, as well as organizing meetings and trainings for our clients. The processing of personal data for the needs mentioned above is within the scope of the business activity of Xcomp spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością sp.k.(Limited Liability Company Limited Partnership Company), disclosed in the National Court Register, at the same time data processing is necessary for the Company to be able to create and provide its customers with products and solutions increasing the level of data security.
  • Your personal data is processed manually and automatically in order to provide clients of Xcomp spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością sp.k. (Limited Liability Company Limited Partnership Company) with comprehensive economic information as part of the products offered by the Company, as well as for statistical purposes.
  • In connection with the processing of your personal data, you have the right to:
    • request the Administrator to provide you access to your personal data,
    • request the Administrator to correct your personal data,
    • request the Administrator to delete your personal data,
    • request the Administrator to limit the processing scope of your personal data,
    • object to the processing of your personal data,
    • withdrawal of consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal,
    • transferring your personal data,
    • lodging a complaint to the supervisory body, i.e. the President of Personal Data Protection Office.

  • Providing personal data in connection with the signed contract is voluntary, but necessary for the conclusion and performance of the contract by the Administrator.
  • We would also like to inform you that the Administrator makes every effort to provide all means of physical, technical and organizational protection of personal data against accidental or intentional destruction, accidental loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure, use or access, in accordance with all applicable regulations our Organization since 2010, the Integrated Quality Management System and Information Security confirmed by the ISO 27001: 2015 certificate.
